Muhaisnah Community
Muhaisnah is located in Dubai’s northeast. It is among the few communities built near the Sharjah-Dubai border. The Al Qusais Industrial Area in Dubai, as well as the Industrial Area in Sharjah, are both close by to Muhaisnah. Muhaisnah 1, 2, 3, and 4 are the four sub-communities that make up the area. The majority of Muhaisnah 1 is residential, with villas and schools.

How to Get There
There are a few different ways to get to Muhaisnah, depending on where you are coming from. If you are coming to Dubai international airport then you can get there in just 11 minutes. If you want to go to DIFC then it also takes just 15 minutes via a cab or personal car. Even, any prominent spot in Dubai cannot take more than 35 minutes via car.
