Data From The Dubai Land Department Show That 1,999 Apartments And Villas Sold For A Total Of Dh4.59 Billion. While 311 Plots Achieved A Dh2 Billion Profit.

According to data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 2,785 real estate transactions. Totaling Dh10.3 billion during the week ending February 10, 2023.

According to the DLD data, 311 plots were sold for Dh2 billion, and 1,999 apartments and villas were sold for a combined total of Dh4.59 billion.

The top three transactions included a land sale in Wadi Al Safa 2 for Dh78 million and a land sale in Um Suqaim Second for Dh55 million. In addition, a land sale in Palm Jumeirah for Dh50 million.

With 130 sales transactions totaling Dh399.18 million, Al Hebiah Fifth had the most transactions this week. Followed by Al Yufrah 1 with 51 sales transactions totaling Dh301.69 million. In addition, Jabal Ali First with 23 sales transactions totaling Dh124 million.

The top two apartments and a villa are Sold. A villa in Palm Jumeirah sold for Dh183 million, an apartment in Business Bay for Dh156 million, and an apartment in Al Wasl for Dh117 million.

The value of mortgage loan properties for the week was Dh3.48 billion. While 88 properties worth Dh292 million were handed to first-degree relatives.
