With prices for luxury properties in Dubai reaching new heights, it seems that the market has no end. A 25 thousand square feet Luxury Penthouse at The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is said to be costing Dh 180 million. Making this one of the most expensive penthouses on record.

It is not too late yet though; an agent who has been involved with the Palm project since its beginning. They have all been sold out at prices ranging from Dh 180 million – which will make its owner feel like a world citizen. Investor’s Radar
