One Of The Top 3 Transactions Was A Plot Of Land In Al Satwa That Sold For Dh44 Million.

The Dubai Land Department has released data showing that 2,338 real estate transactions totaling Dh7.3 billion took place during the week ending October 14, 2022. (DLD). A total of Dh1.76 billion, 106 plots were sold, and Dh3.81 billion was spent on 1,791 apartments and villas. The top 3 transactions included the sale of two Palm Jumeirah land parcels for a combined Dh600 million. As well as Dh206.52 million and the sale of a third Al Satwa land parcel for Dh44 million.

With 22 sales worth Dh475.41 million, Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid had the most transactions this week. Followed by Jabal Ali with the first nine deals worth Dh26 million & Al Hebiah Fifth with nine deals worth Dh20.31 million. For the week, there were a total of Dh1.49 billion in mortgaged properties. Island 2 land has the highest mortgage of Dh271 million. According to the DLD, about 77 properties totaling Dh249 million given to first-degree relatives.
