Dubai South’s Newest Development Will Include 200 Residences & A 1-Km Long Crystal Lagoon

Dubai South New Development

Before Expo City Opens, the Homes in South Bay Will Begin To Be Offered For Sale in September

With the South Bay, Dubai South enters the middle of the off-plan activities. Dubai South Properties, the master developer, has started building the South Bay in the core of The Residential District. A 1-kilometer-long crystal lagoon, “several beaches,” more than 800 villas and townhouses, and more than 200 waterfront palaces will also be there. The project includes a more than 3-kilometer-long seaside promenade.

The launch occurs as interest among real estate investors and developers grow in Dubai South and the recently renamed Expo City Dubai (formerly District 2020). According to a spokeswoman, this project will be a great choice for anyone looking for upscale living at affordable prices because Expo City Dubai will be built on the site of the former Expo by October. At Dubai South, we consistently support the goal of the administration to make Dubai the best place to live, work, and travel.

Customers can begin expressing interest in South Bay’s sales now; they will begin in September. The 3, 4, and 5BR townhouses as well as semi-detached villas at South Bay will be distributed over a built-up area ranging from 2,900 to 4,800 square feet. The waterfront houses will all have five, six, and seven bedrooms, with a maximum built-up size of about 13,000 square feet. “The introduction of South Bay comes in the context of our successful sales of all the housing developments we had launched so over the past few years,” the spokesperson continued.
