Future Project

In September, Alpago Properties unveiled what it claimed would be one of Dubai‘s most expensive properties. If not the most expensive. This one will also be on Palm Jumeirah’s Frond G.

The expected cost of the six-villa project range from Dh120 million to Dh300 million. The Casa Del Sole villa, which has eight bedrooms, was constructed over 4 levels (basement, ground, 1st, and 2nd Floors) on a 28,000-square-foot plot. Its enclosed space is roughly 25,000 square feet. There are 15 parking spaces available in the basement.

The villa has an infinity pool, private bowling alley, home theatre, hammam, jacuzzi, and terrace with a bar and lounge. Q1 of 2023 is when this Alpago project is scheduled to be completed.
