Opalz, the third project by Danube Properties, sold out on the first day of its debut this year, reflecting growing investor and public confidence in the builder and Dubai’s real estate market.

Building Details
Opalz will build on a 66,985 square foot plot of land in Dubai Science Park, next to Dubai Hills Estate. In addition, have a built-up area of 800,000 sq. ft.
