Super Luxury Villa

3 Renovated Villas On The Palm Generate $75 Million For Abbas Sajwani’s AHS Properties.

For Abbas Sajwani and his nearly one-year-old business, AHS Properties, the extensive renovations are paying off. $75 million paid for the sale of three of the company’s renovated villas on the Palm Jumeirah. Abbas Sajwani started his own business in November 2021 with the goal of purchasing luxury properties in Dubai. Efurbishing them, and then reselling them.

Sajwani, for whom the father is Hussain Sajwani of DAMAC, said, “We pretty much sold our entire portfolio. And we have a few pipeline projects that will announced shortly.” “Dubai‘s ultra-luxury market is booming. And I’m thrilled with what we’ve accomplished in such a short time,” the speaker said.

AHS Properties had four opulent villas in Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah. With a total asset value of more than $100 million, at the time of its official launch in November of last year. A $45 million Amara Villa in Emirates Hills is currently part of the portfolio. The house will soon be put on the market and has already drawn a lot of interest from prospective buyers. It is constructing a $40 million fifth mansion on Palm Jumeirah.
