A Total Budget Of Dh515 Million Has Been Allocated For The Tria Project. Which Commenced Already And Is Scheduled To Complete In 2025.

One of Dubai’s top real estate companies, Deyaar Development PJSC, has announced the selection of the principal contractor for the Tria project. A distinctive luxury residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO). Tria, a 32-story integrated residential building at the centre of DSO, a free zone technological park. That is also a member of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, is the most recent luxury property to be added to Deyaar’s portfolio (DIEZ). The Tria project has already begun, and as planned, it will be finished in 2025.
